The concept of the skin tag monster was a quick idea I needed to get down. I kept seeing these forms and shapes in my mind, and I wanted to sculpt them. This creature is deformed by large and small lumps; one arm is long, with a massive hand that has been affected by arthritis. The other arm has retained its human features but lost the hand, replaced by a bone blade.
